Bruce BarnettDr. Barnett received his Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of California at Davis and, for 30 years, has applied principles of biology; community and population ecology; and habitat assessment, management and monitoring to entitling and evaluating a wide range of development involving: energy (hydroelectric, petroleum, natural gas, geothermal, wind); mining; water management systems (flood control, dams, reservoirs); linear facilities (pipelines, transmission lines, fiber-optic cables, transportation corridors); forest products, wildlife refuges/natural areas; as well as residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout California.

He has an extensive experience in evaluating and coordinating resource agency permitting and consultation for wetlands and special status plants and wildlife, as well as preparing NEPA and CEQA compliance and other environmental reviews. Dr. Barnett has managed or assisted in the preparation of numerous Environmental & Biological Assessments, Cumulative Effects Analyses, and Environmental Management Plans for U.S. resource agencies and international funding organizations.
